Free UK P&P 2nd Class Delivery on orders over £25.

We offer a variety of other delivery services based on weight and the price is automatically calculated at checkout. 

UK Prices start at £1.45 2nd Class & £1.70 1st class. Where possible we aim to post in the UK via Royal Mail 48/24 which allows the parcel to be tracked at point of delivery. 

Fully tracked services are also available and the price is calculated at checkout.

Overseas orders are currently only being sent tracked post due to delays in Customs & for easier tracking.

We always aim to keep our prices low, but Royal Mail continue to increase their prices & our prices reflect any changes.

Orders of 2 or more items, please allow an additional 1-2 days for Dispatch.

Please allow up to 3-4 weeks to process all Stitch a Photo Orders.

All Charts can be sent FREE of charge via email. 

All kits are sent in hard back envelopes or padded envelopes for protection.  We aim to send all order in 1 parcel by occasionally we may have to spilt the order due to the parcel sizes enforced by Royal Mail.  If the order is too bulky for Royal Mail we will contact you and may use Hermes as an alternative delivery company,

Stitch a Photo Kits are advised to be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24/48 or Next Day post for safer tracked delivery.

We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged within the mail system.  If items are lost in the mail please allow at least 7 working days before contacting us.  Any damaged items please contact Royal Mail directly and submit a claim.
Royal Mail - How to Claim

Postage Costs Include the cost of packaging as well as the postage.  We aim to recycle some of our packaging materials in order to keep the postage costs low.


We except payments by Credit & Debit cards Online using ClearAccept.  We also accept payments by PayPal & Nochex, where NO account setup is required.

Telephone Payments are accepted via Square & ClearAccept, just place your order and call and we can take your payment.
